Software Integration Engineer

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, banking APIs, KYC/AML services).Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand integration requirements.Develop and maintain API connectors, data pipelines, and service orchestration workflows.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.Ensure integration solutions meet security, compliance, and fintech regulatory standards.Maintain technical documentation for integration and deployment processes.Support testing and validation of integrated services, including automated and manual testing.Keep up to date with new integration technologies, tools, and best practices.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.Experience:1-3 years of experience in software integration, middleware, or API development, preferably in fintech or financial services.Hands-on experience integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs, microservices, and third-party software platforms.Experience with message brokers, queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and ETL pipelines is a plus.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.Technical Skills:Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI) and integration frameworks.Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).Understanding of security best practices for fintech integrations (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
