Job Description

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ERP modulesand e-commerce features.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across weband backend systems.Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, AzureDevOps, Bugzilla).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand

requirements and acceptance criteria.Validate end-to-end business workflows in ERP systems (e.g., order management,inventory, procurement, financials).Test e-commerce platform functionality including product catalog, shopping cart, checkoutflow, payment gateways, and order fulfillment.Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrumenvironment.Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test strategies, test results, andQA reports.Test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, covering functional, UI/UX, andcompatibility testing across various devices and OS versions.Perform mobile-specific testing including push notifications, offline behavior, deep linking,gestures, and app performance.Support performance and load testing activities and analyze results.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.Hands-on experience testing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics,Odoo, or similar).Solid experience testing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce,custom-built platforms).Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software TestingLife Cycle (STLC).Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.Experience testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android, including testing on realdevices and simulators/emulators.Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with device farms such as BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm for cross-devicetesting.ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level certification is a plus.Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k
