Software Technical Lead

Fully remote Outsourcing job model for a huge Telco Enterprise located in Africa, working hours will be with Mozambique Time zone! (Social + medical insurance).

Responsible for both designing and guiding the implementation of applications, including business logic, data modeling, and system interfaces.This role involves creating scalable and efficient architectural solutions while also managing the execution of projects.Works closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, and Chapter Leads to ensure that the technical solutions align with business goals and are delivered successfully.In addition to coding and deployment, the Technical Lead plays a key role in overseeing the end-to-end development process, ensuring that the architecture is robust and meets the project’s requirements.

Software developer experience Experience designing software solutions.

Very good understanding of Client-server architecture and Web architecture (HTTP)

Solid Knowledge in Microservice Architecture and cloud native implementation Strong ability to work with Business Analyst, Product Managers and Release Train Engineers in understanding strategy and align priorities & expectations.

In-depth Understanding of REST APIs: including Swagger/OAS3, JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.

Experience with container/ orchestration technologies.

Experience with Cloud (Mainly AWS Cloud Service) and Kubernetes Experience with Relational Databases Experience dealing with analytics requirements.

Experience with async processing Experience engineering systems for high transaction volumes Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Experience with Markdown for technical documentation Project Management skill to drive execution of backlog, including risk management and stakeholders management.

Outstanding communication skills Team coordination and priority management
