Solutions Architect – e-Invoicing Integrations

Job Description:Solutions Architect – Middle East Integrations [Work‑from‑home]We are a fast‑growing compliance technology consultancy delivering e-invoicing integration solutions between enterprise systems (ERPs) and Middle East regulatory platforms.

We work across multiple ERP ecosystems and build scalable, repeatable integration frameworks for clients across the region.We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect who can quickly understand unfamiliar systems, lead technical discovery, and design robust end‑to‑end integration architectures.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical Discovery & Gap AnalysisLead e-invoicing discovery sessions with clients, partners, and ERP vendors.Review system architecture, database schemas, and API documentation.Identify how invoice/transaction data is structured and where key fields reside.Assess integration feasibility (API, webhooks, batch export, DB access).Produce standardized gap analysis reports covering feasibility, approach, effort, risks, and required skillsets.Solution DesignDesign end‑to‑end integration flows from source ERP → middleware → regulatory destination.Define data mapping strategies and configuration approaches.Specify API contracts and technical interfaces between components.Recommend build‑vs‑adapt approaches based on system constraints.Technical LeadershipIdentify specialist skills required per engagement and support staffing/hiring.Lead technical conversations with client IT teams and third‑party ERP vendors.Build simple integrations directly where feasible.Maintain and evolve our discovery and gap analysis frameworks.

Must Have7+ years in solutions architecture, systems integration, or senior technical consulting.Proven experience working across multiple ERPs/platforms (not just one).Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL database structures, and data transformation.Ability to scope technical projects from ambiguous or poorly documented starting points.Strong English and Arabic communication skills for leading client/vendor calls.Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment.Must be willing to occasionally travel.Highly ValuedExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or regional ERPs).Background in compliance/tax/e‑invoicing integrations (VAT, ZATCA, GST, etc.).Prior consulting experience (Big 4 or systems integrator).Experience building reusable integration frameworks.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with Middle East regulatory environments.Hands‑on coding ability to prototype or validate feasibility.
