Sr. Architectural Engineer

Responsibilities:Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s objectives and client requirements, ensuring adherence to international standards and guidelines.Lead the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions.Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Review and approve detailed design documents, specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Create and develop architectural concepts, designs, and plans.Ensure the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes in all projects when applicable.

Work closely with other departments, including engineering, project management, and construction, to ensure integrated project delivery.Facilitate communication and coordination among internal project stakeholders, including designers, engineers, and regulatory authorities.Lead and mentor design team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Identify training and development needs and provide opportunities for professional growth.Identify potential risks related to design activities and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Support business development activities by providing technical expertise for internal initiatives and proposals.Develop proposals and cost estimates for new projects.Prepare regular reports on project status, performance, and risks for senior management.Provide insights and recommendations for improving design efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.Professional registration or licensure as an architect.Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with demonstrated leadership in delivering architectural.
