Sr. Project Planning & Controls Engineer

Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft ProjectPrepare and update look-ahead schedules and recovery plansMonitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved baselinesPerform delay analysis and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims preparationDevelop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules as per project requirementsIdentify critical path activities and assess schedule risks and impactsPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI trackingCoordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and consultants regarding planning activitiesSupport forecasting, productivity analysis, and earned value reportingReview project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements for planning purposesParticipate in progress meetings and provide planning insights and recommendationsSupport project controls processes including change management and schedule mitigation plans

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Civil or a related fieldProven experience in Project Planning & Controls within the construction industry4+ Yrs of Experience as Project Planning Engineer.Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 & M.S ProjectsExperience in baseline scheduling, EOT management, delay analysis, resource loading, and cost loadingStrong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to manage multiple project schedules simultaneouslyStrong communication and coordination skillsFluent English is MUSTAbility to commute to work in Doki, GizaComfortable working under US Eastern Time Zone (1 PM till 10 PM For Females, 3 PM till 12 AM for Males)
