Key Responsibilities: ✅ Perform variance analysis on monthly financial statements post-closing ✅ Coordinate the budgeting process across departments and companies ✅ Create short term financial planning estimates through financial modeling ✅ Analyze monthly group financials against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year performance ✅ Gather and assess market information to identify risks and new opportunities ✅ Support data consolidation and maintain strategic metrics files used in business plans and valuations ✅ Track local/global macroeconomic trends relevant to the Group ✅ Support any additional tasks within the scope of the role
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting Excellent command of written and spoken English 1–2 years of relevant experience *CMA, CPA, or CFA is a plusSkills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills Fluent in English is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Knowledge of organizational development trends and best practices Strong time management and prioritization skills
