Summer Camp Instructor/ STEAMulation Hub ( New Cairo, Zayed)

The STEM Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall design and planning of all STEAM enrichment curriculums & programs at Innovvette’s centers and locations, as well as the effective introduction, execution and daily oversight of all STEM programs, throughout the year, to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of edutainment practices, as well as abiding by the educational philosophy of Innovvette and its policies and regulations. S/He will develop, train, mentor and coach the centers’ counsellors & animators team following the programs approved by Innovvette and its policy and systems. S/He will also act as an advisor and collaborator to the preschool teachers, providing support in the planning of STEM units and lessons with age-appropriate content and knowledge in STEM. S/He will design and provide hands-on project-based learning experiences in a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment, where children have the opportunity to develop their skills, character and love for learning.

The STEM Program Coordinator must be dedicated to positively representing our company and its brands to the community, inspiring and guiding our team to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrating expected behaviors.

Significant experience with STEM related curriculums, instructional best practices, designing engaging lessons, as well as summer & after-school programming.

Dynamic and positive character able to inspire, influence and engage children and guide them to develop their skills & abilities and realize their full potential.

Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and to motivate others to accomplish the overall company’s vision & objectives.

Able to interact and communicate with children with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Ability to self-motivate, establish priorities, work independently and proceed with achieving objectives & meeting deadlines with minimum supervision.

Effective analytical & problem-solving abilities with a high degree of patience & resilience, and robust capability to manage multiple tasks.

Strong organizational and time management skills and a resilient ability to work under stress.
