Supervisor – Café & BakeryMerzy – AlexandriaWe are hiring a Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintain strong service and product standards across café and bakery sections.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily floor operations across all shiftsLead and coordinate baristas, waiters, and support staffEnsure consistent product quality and service executionHandle operational issues in real time (staff & customers)Maintain hygiene, SOP compliance, and workflow efficiencyMonitor service speed and customer experience qualityPrepare daily reports (sales, issues, performance tracking)Support onboarding and training of new employees
