Supervisor Maintenance Engineer

Supervise and manage field service operations and maintenance activitiesLead and coordinate service engineers and technicians on daily operationsHandle troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities for compressors and compressed air systemsMonitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure equipment efficiencySupport customers with technical solutions and ensure high service qualityRead and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and service documentationFollow up spare parts requirements, service kits, and diagnostic tools usagePrepare technical and service performance reportsCoordinate with different departments to ensure smooth service operationsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Experience:Minimum 5–7 years of experience in compressed air systemsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Power EngineeringLanguage:Good command of English (written and spoken)Technical Qualifications:Strong knowledge of compressors, dryers, and compressed air system componentsAbility to read technical drawings and service manualsHands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenanceGood understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance plansKnowledge of spare parts, service kits, and diagnostic toolsManagerial & Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team supervision skillsAbility to manage field service teams and coordinate daily operationsExcellent communication and customer-handling abilitiesStrong planning, reporting, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksProblem-solving mindset and strong decision-making abilityAdditional Requirements:Good computer skills (Microsoft Office & ERP systems preferred)Valid driving license
