Forecasting & Demand PlanningBuild and update short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts using historical data, seasonality, and business inputs.

Supply & Inventory AlignmentConvert demand into clear inputs for supply planning and replenishment decisions.

Highlight long lead-time / constrained / high-variability items and propose mitigation plans.

Identify slow movers and monitor stock cover/critical items to protect service levels.

Update reorder points monthly and ensure timely placement of required orders per revised levels.

Evaluate shipment delay impact on stock and share corrective actions with SC Manager and relevant teams.

Data, Reporting & KPIsMaintain planning data in ERP/planning tools and ensure accuracy.

Track and report KPIs (MAPE/MAD/Bias, service impact, inventory risks) on weekly and monthly basisCross-Functional CoordinationRecord planning notes, follow up actions, and incorporate them into future planning.

Communicate forecast changes in a structured way to stakeholders.

Execution Support (as required)Support execution of confirmed orders based on lead time / reorder point / sector requests; verify received PLs before confirmationCoordinate shipments and manage all required shipping documentationContinuous ImprovementImprove forecasting methods, templates, and planning discipline; enhance ERP usage, automation, and reporting to reduce manual work and errors.

Decision Rights / ApprovalsDemand Planner prepares forecast, analysis, and recommendations.

Supply Chain Manager reviews/approves final demand assumptions, inventory targets, and supply response priorities.

ERP system knowledge; inventory control; demand planning fundamentals.

Ability to update database sheets and KPI reports; touch points standards/training.

Problem-solving (loss identification), strong communication/negotiation, ability to influence.

Good English & Arabic reading/writing;

MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Multitasking, works under stress, understands decision authority levels.
