Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and coordinate green building certification processes such as LEED BD+CPrepare and manage sustainability documentation and submissions.Track project compliance with sustainability requirements and certification targets.Assist in evaluating sustainable site measures, heat island reduction strategies, rainwater management approaches, and landscaping and environmental considerationsCoordinate with architects and landscape consultants regarding sustainability requirements.Review material submittals for sustainability compliance.Evaluate Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), HPDs, Recycled content, Regional materials, and Low-emitting materialsSupport sustainable procurement and material tracking processes.Coordinate sustainability requirements with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and contractorsReview drawings and specifications to identify sustainability opportunities and compliance gaps.Prepare sustainability reports, matrices, and presentations.Assist in developing sustainability strategies during design stages.Participate in project meetings and technical discussions

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in green building consultancy, LEED projects, or sustainable design coordinationCandidates should demonstrate a good understanding of:LEED rating systems and documentation workflowsSustainable materials and environmental creditsArchitectural coordination processesConstruction documentation and submittalsSustainability integration within building design
