System Administrator

Responsible for managing and maintaining multiple aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure including: Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, File Server, Print Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SCCM, Application support, Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) antivirus, and Symantec backup solutions.Develop, document, and maintain installation and configuration procedures.Stay up to date with new technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.Contribute to and maintain IT system standards.Install, configure, and maintain servers and network devices.Monitor and oversee system performance, create backups, and safeguard company data.Perform system upgrades and apply patches following new releases.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).3–5 years of experience in a similar position.Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English.Quality and detail orientation.Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.Advanced understanding of local area network (LAN) technologies.Familiarity with Cisco network hardware and software.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SCCM, KES antivirus, Symantec backup solution, PRTG, and FortiGate Firewall.Knowledge of SQL and MySQL databases.Basic knowledge of PHP is a plus.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010
