Tax Section Head

Preparing and preparing the company for examination in all types of taxes to reach results consistent with the tax returns submitted.-Responsible for reviewing and submitting tax returns in accordance with the provisions of the law and submitting them on the legally specified dates-Tax planning to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and lead to reducing the tax base- Review the documents submitted by the various departments and express a tax opinion on them in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Tax Law.- Responsible for preparing and preparing the company for examination of all types of taxes to reach results consistent with the tax returns submitted.- Attendance before all dispute committees and tax appeal committees to obtain the best tax results and reduce the tax base.- Coordination with the tax advisor’s office to prepare the tax position in accordance with the provisions of the law on a quarterly basis- Responsible for calculating the income tax monthly and submitting it before the 10th of the following month

Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or relevant major10- 15 years of Experience Oracle ERP experience is a must.Leadership experienceStrong inter-personal and communication skills a must.Advanced level of English LanguageGood understanding of IFRSAbility to manage competing deadlines and function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proactive self-starter with proven problem-solving skill set.Excellent communicator with team building skills.
