Operations Team Intern (Teacher Slots Management)What You'll Do (
Responsibilities): Slot Opening & Verification: Accurately open corresponding class slots and verify their status in the system based on the monthly schedules provided by our teachers.
Status Monitoring: Monitor the operational status of opened courses, promptly record any errors or anomalies, and report them to the team.
Data Support: Assist in organizing the slot opening records and support the basic verification process for all monthly slot openings.
What We're Looking For (
Requirements): Time Availability: Must have sufficient availability from the 20th to the 31st of each month.
During this peak period, you should not have any long-term travel, exam conflicts, or other major commitments, ensuring you can reliably handle this concentrated monthly workload.
Personality Traits: Extremely detail-oriented and patient.
You must be able to maintain high focus during repetitive data entry and verification tasks to avoid any errors.Skills: Proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office/Excel) with a strong ability to learn and quickly master our internal system operations.Professionalism: Highly responsible with strict adherence to deadlines.
You must be proactive in identifying issues and reporting them immediately without delay or omission.
