Technical Architect

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Site Survey Technician to join our growing team.

The primary responsibility will be visiting client sites to perform accurate technical measurements and site assessments.

You will be the eyes of the company on the field, ensuring that our design and production teams have the exact data needed to execute projects flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:Site Inspections: Conduct scheduled site visits to perform comprehensive technical surveys.Measurement & Precision: Take precise measurements (length, width, height, and angles) using manual tools and electronic devices (e.g., Laser Meters).Technical Sketching: Create clear hand-drawn sketches (Croquis) identifying structural elements, electrical points, and plumbing outlets.Documentation: Capture detailed photographs of the site to provide visual context for the design and pricing departments.Reporting: Prepare and submit daily survey reports, highlighting any potential site challenges or structural issues.Customer Interaction: Act as a professional representative of the company, answering basic client queries during site visits.

Education: Technical Diploma or an equivalent qualification.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in site surveying (preferably in Furniture, Kitchens, Interior Design, Aluminum, or Construction).Technical Skills: High proficiency in using measurement tools and the ability to read/create basic technical sketches.Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent observation skills.Mobility: Flexibility to travel between different site locations. (Possession of a driver’s license or a personal vehicle is a plus).Tech-Savvy: Ability to use smartphone applications to upload photos and digital reports.
