With over 500 employees across Europe and the Middle East, we stand for quality, efficiency, and reliable customer service.To strengthen our team in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join us as a Call Center Supervisor (m/f/d) – responsible for team leadership, scheduling, and processYour ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and organize a team of Teleagents & Calculation staffSupervise and control daily operations in both inbound and outbound activitiesPlan shifts, distribute tasks, and continuously optimize workflowsMonitor target achievement and service quality using clearly defined KPIsConduct team meetings, training sessions, and coachingCollaborate closely with senior management and the sales departmentPrepare performance reports and implement improvement measures
