Telesales Agent

Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telesales Agent to engage with qualified leads, understand their needs, and convert them into customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels, providing accurate information about our services, and guiding prospects through the sales process to achieve conversion targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesContact qualified leads via phone to introduce the company's services and offerings.Follow up on inquiries received through various marketing and sales channels.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Build rapport with prospective customers and maintain a positive customer experience.Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.Convert qualified leads into successful sales while meeting monthly conversion targets.Accurately document all customer interactions and update lead statuses in the CRM system.Schedule appointments or hand over qualified opportunities to the relevant teams when required.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.Stay up to date with company services, pricing, and promotions.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and closing abilities.Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
