Job Description
Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about Odoo ERP solutionsGenerate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound callsPresent, promote, and explain Odoo modules (CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.)Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutionsSchedule product demos for the sales or functional teamMaintain and update customer information in the CRM systemFollow up on leads and maintain strong client relationshipsAchieve monthly sales targets and KPIsHandle objections and provide appropriate solutionsCollaborate with presales and implementation teams
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside salesExperience in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) is a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to understand business processes and client needsStrong persuasion and closing skillsFamiliarity with CRM toolsGood English (spoken & written);
Arabic is a mustBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Requirements & Qualifications
