Tinting Machine Maintenance Supervisor

Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for tinting machines.Regularly inspect tinting machines to identify potential issues, defects, or malfunctions that may affect their performance.Perform repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on tinting machines to address mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues effectively.Conduct routine preventive maintenance activities, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure the longevity and efficiency of tinting machines.Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of spare parts for timely repairs and maintenance.Lead and supervise a team of Tinting Machine Technicians, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper training and development.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.Generate reports to track machine performance and maintenance history.Collaborate with the Tinting Machine Maintenance Section Head and other stakeholders to align maintenance activities with production requirements.Full commitment to HSE requirements and to halt any work activities that are incompatible with these standards.Ensure that all employees under their supervision adhere strictly to HSE instructions.Authority to make decisions regarding actions that may impact the environment or occupational health & safety.Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.1+ years of maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.Experience in tinting machines or industrial equipment maintenance.Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.Leadership and team management skills.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office;

CMMS knowledge is a plus.Good command of English.Strong commitment to HSE standards.
