Responsibilities:Craft bespoke tour packages that cater to diverse client preferences and budgets.Manage all operational logistics including accommodation, transportation, guides, and activity bookings.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Cultivate strong relationships with local suppliers, hotels, and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.Monitor travel trends and competitor activities to continuously innovate and enhance our offerings.Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and reporting with meticulous attention to detail.

Skills & Technologies: We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a robust skill set in Tourism and Travel.

Proficiency in various Booking Systems, excellent Logistics Management, and strong Customer Service skills are essential.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for travel and a proven track record of success.Required Skills:Demonstrable expertise in Tourism and Travel operations.Proven ability in Customer Service and client relationship management.Strong capabilities in Logistics Management and operational planning.Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on intercultural communication.Superior Problem-Solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Proficiency with various Booking Systems and tour planning software.A keen understanding of Cultural Awareness and sensitivity in diverse travel contexts.Experience in Sales and promoting travel products.Exceptional Time Management and organizational skills.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 4-15 years of progressive experience in the tourism or travel industry, specifically in a Tour Operator or similar role.Career Level Expectations:This is an Experienced level position, requiring a candidate who can hit the ground running, lead initiatives, and contribute strategically to our operations.
