Job Description
- Originate and assess trade-finance opportunities from exporters, importers, manufacturers, banks, and strategic partners.
- Understand clients’ trade transactions and identify their financing and working-capital needs.
- Structure suitableexport finance, import finance, receivables finance, factoring, and structured trade-finance solutions.
- Identify and negotiate withlocal/international banks, factors, credit insurers, and trade-finance institutionsto secure suitable financing.
- Prepare transaction proposals and compare financing terms, pricing, tenor, security, and risk requirements.
- Manage transactions fromorigination and structuring through documentation and financial closing.
- Build and maintain relationships across thebanking, factoring, insurance, logistics, and trade ecosystem.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of trade-finance opportunities.
- Support the development of new solutions such asbonded-warehouse/inventory finance and international trade-finance lines.
- Help build the trade-finance business from beta stage into ascalable, repeatable operation, including processes, products, partnerships, and commercial models.
- Ensure transactions are aligned withregulatory, compliance, and risk requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experiencein Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, Structured Trade Finance, Financial Institutions, Export Finance, Factoring, or Supply Chain Finance.
- Strong practical knowledge of:Letters of Credit (LCs)Documentary CollectionsLetters of GuaranteeImport/Export FinanceReceivables & FactoringWorking-Capital FinanceCredit InsuranceBuyer/Counterparty RiskTrade documentation and international payment terms

- Experience withinventory finance, bonded warehousing, or warehouse-controlled financingis highly desirable.
- Strongbusiness development and relationship-management skillswith proven ability to originate opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and comfortablebuilding processes and solutions from scratch.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
