Transformer Oil Machines Maintenance Foreman

Job SummarySupervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for transformer oil processing and filling equipment, including oil filtration and purification units, vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, to ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain safe and efficient production operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.Maintain transformer oil filtration, purification, vacuum filling, pumps, and compressor systems.Coordinate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.Monitor spare parts availability and ensure proper maintenance documentation.Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality standards.Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate service records.

Required SkillsStrong knowledge of transformer oil processing and vacuum equipment.Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and root cause analysis (RCA).
