Responsibilities:Craft bespoke travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences and budgets.Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.Manage bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and car rentals.Deliver outstanding customer care, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Stay abreast of travel trends, industry changes, and new destinations to offer the most current and appealing options.Maintain accurate client records and ensure all travel documentation is in order.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance the customer journey.

Skills & Technologies:Proficiency in Customer Care and delivering exceptional Customer Service.Extensive knowledge and passion for Travel Planning and Tourism.Strong grasp of Destination Knowledge, especially within the region and popular international spots.Familiarity with various Booking Systems and travel industry software.Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability in Problem-Solving and conflict resolution.A natural flair for Sales and identifying client needs.Strong Relationship Management capabilities.High level of Cultural Awareness and sensitivity.
