ResponsibilitiesTour Package Development: Design and customize comprehensive tour packagesfor diverse global destinations, catering to individual client preferences andbudgetary requirementsReservation and Pricing Management: Utilize the Amadeus platform for efficientand accurate flight, accommodation, and other travel component pricing andreservation managementHotel Reservations: Secure optimal hotel accommodations through variousplatforms, including TBO and Ratehawk, ensuring competitive rates and clientsatisfactionSupplier and Service Provider Relations: Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with a wide network of travel suppliers and service providers tonegotiate favorable terms and ensure seamless service deliveryClient Communication and Sales: Effectively communicate with clients tounderstand their travel needs, present tailored travel solutions, and finalize bookings,ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfactionLanguage Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communicationskills in English to effectively interact with a global clientele and internationalpartners.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Travel Agent with a strong understanding of the global travelindustry.
Proficiency in using the Amadeus reservation system.
Familiarity with hotel booking platforms such as TBO and Ratehawk.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and serviceproviders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
