Amadeus)issue & reissue, and cancel flight tickets inline with airline policies.process hotel reservations, amendments, and cancellations.Monitor booking queues and ensure all requests are actioned within the agreed response time.Handle schedule changes, refunds and operational disruptionsCoordinate with airlines, hotels and suppliers to secure the best optionsEnsure compliance with fare rules, policies and company proceduresMaintain accurate records and update booking systems accordinglyProfessional communication skills
