Travel Consultant – Domestic Hotels & Leisure
Job Description
· Handle hotel booking requests within Egypt for corporate and retail clients.· Offer suitable hotel options based on client requirements, budget, and travel dates.· Arrange domestic tours, excursions, and leisure packages.· Build travel packages including hotel accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and other requested services.· Coordinate with hotels and suppliers to secure availability, rates, and confirmations.· Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and reconfirmations accurately and on time.· Issue confirmations, vouchers, and booking details to clients.· Follow up with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.· Handle urgent requests, changes, and complaints professionally, and escalate when needed.· Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all reservation details are correct.
· Experience in hotel reservations, leisure, or travel operations.· Good knowledge of hotels, destinations, and leisure services within Egypt.· Good communication and customer service skills.· Good command of English and Arabic.· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests.· Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
