Utility Engineer

For a big Tobacco manufacturing company located in 6th of October, we are seeking a Utility Engineer.Job DutiesPrepares, plans, and assures execution the necessary operation and maintenance activities of all Utility Systems to ensure adequate production environment, infrastructure, and utilities.Optimize Building & Utilities activities, initiate and follow up action plans for performance continuous improvement related safety, efficiency, cost and quality, propose proper solutions when a discrepancy comes to allow Facility management to undertake corrective and improvement measures.Actively participate in planning, checking up the materials list and then assure support to execute the technical and design supervision of the installation of new equipment.Analyze design proposals for the installation of new equipment and take the appropriate decisions.Control and co-ordinate the flow of all documentation, filing and storage in the factory system and technical archive activity.

Prepare technical documentsCoordinate Contractors’ activities on Site.

Coordinate, check and approve work requests within defined timelines and resources.Guarantees the feedback of maintenance related information and repair objectives and schedules to subordinates and his/her superior, discusses related problems and decides on solutions to ensure the continuity of production and guarantees high quality of products at planned costs.Perform necessary actions to keep the workplace in a clean and orderly condition to ensure easy access to all parts of the place and prevent potential malfunctions and breakdowns.Ensures utilities team and contractors are fully aware and adhere to all EHS rules, policies, and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.0-2 years of experience in a similar position.Microsoft Excel.Microsoft PowerPoint.Lean Methodologies.SAP Knowledge is preferrable.Proficiency in AutoCAD.English proficiency.
