About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Specialist to join our Egyptian team.
You'll be responsible for editing, producing, and delivering high-quality video content across multiple client accounts — from social media reels and ads to full marketing pieces.

What You'll Be DoingVideo Editing & ProductionEdit and deliver high-quality video content for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns using provided raw footage and assetsCreate short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and FacebookAdd motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to final editsRepurpose long-form content into short clips, reels, and highlight videosEnsure all video content is on-brand, on-message, and delivered on timeAI-Powered Video ProductionUse AI video generation tools (such as Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar) to create and enhance video contentLeverage AI voiceover and dubbing tools (such as ElevenLabs or HeyGen) to produce narrated or localized contentUse AI avatar and presenter tools to create spokesperson videos when neededApply AI upscaling, background removal, and enhancement tools to improve video qualityStay up to date with the latest AI video tools and bring new ideas to the teamContent & Campaign SupportCollaborate with the marketing and copywriting team to align video content with campaign goals and brand guidelinesManage multiple video projects simultaneously across different client accountsTrack project progress and deadlines using project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, or similar)Log all hours and tasks clearly in Clockify
What We're Looking ForRequired2–4 years of hands-on video editing experienceProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut ProExperience with After Effects or similar motion graphics toolsHands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, or ElevenLabsExperience with Canva or CapCut for quick-turnaround contentStrong understanding of social media video formats and best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesGood command of English — written and spokenReliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspaceNice to HaveExperience with color grading and audio mixingFamiliarity with AI image tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for creating visual assetsFamiliarity with digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media)Experience working with US-based clients or agencies Work Hours Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Egyptian time (GMT) with a one-hour breakProbation: 2-month probation period with performance review
