Responsibilities:Efficient System Management: Oversee and maintain the accuracy of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring all data entries for inventory, shipping, and receiving are precise and timely.Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile discrepancies, and support cycle counting processes to ensure optimal stock levels.Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to coordinate daily operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, order fulfillment, and storage optimization.Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports on warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.Problem Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for WMS-related issues, troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions to maintain operational continuity.Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Skills & Technologies: You will be utilizing your expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), leveraging your strong command of Microsoft Office Suite & SAP for data analysis and reporting, and applying your critical thinking to implement Process Improvement initiatives.
