Warehouse Manager

Ensure the site Warehouse targets are achieved within agreed budget and timeline.Motivate, train and develop Warehouse staff to deliver their respective targets consistently through successful implementation of company strategies and tools.Manage accurate inventory control and conduct periodic audits.Develop and implement warehousing operations plans, policies and procedures in line with Company strategy to achieve the target plan.Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures through supervision of the site Warehouse objectives, manage the site performance, development, and motivation of employees to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.Provide professional advice and guidance to internal customers on warehousing issues and ensure effective coordination of the Warehouse activities with other departments to support the achievement of objectives.Build and maintain good working relationships with key suppliers, delivery companies and other outside bodies to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehousing operation.Ensure the effective planning and development of the storage facility to ensure the integrity of goods and material supply to the production process and support the achievement of the highest standards of warehousing provision.Attend weekly and monthly Management Meetings to liaise and communicate on operational issues with other departments and to ensure that planned and actual warehousing operational activities meet the needs of the production process on an ongoing basis.

Create a tidy, clean, and safe warehouse.Enforce the implementation of QMS, WMS, GM and EHS standards at the warehouse in accordance with the company policies and procedures.Fulfil CAPA actions to cover L1, L2 L3 audits.Create and update standard operating procedure SOPs.Manage an operational team of logistics operators and managers etc.Optimist resources to meet objectives in terms of level of safety and service, costs, and manage budgets.

Of Pharmacy, Science or any relevant field.10 - 15 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry warehousingWorking knowledge of MS OfficeGood analytical skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.
