Ensure

• Responsibility for stock management in accordance with FIFO / FEFO & GSP.
• Receive incoming materials according to the purchase request “OP” and make a “WRC” receipt document and inform the relevant departments. QC, Planning, Procurement.
• Follow up the store balances through the brand cards and the JDE program.
• Dispatching work orders according to the fulfillment of the production plan.
• Follow-up work inside the store from handling, cleaning and drainage works.
• Annual and random inventory work and following up the balance with the financial department.
• Receive a finished product from production
• Review the operations received from production on the delivery permit in terms of item, number, code, and quantity, then receive them in the store of the cartons.
• The received quantity is entered on the stock of the stores in the Quarantine store, and then an email with the received quantity is sent to the QA Department for release.
• “SO” is received from the scientific office and the order of supply of the requesting company - for the goods for comparison SO with the order of supply, and permission to deliver goods for the company requesting the goods is made from one and three copies (the original for the store - a copy of the preparation - a copy of finance - a copy of security).
