Warehouse Supervisor

Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and safety regulations.Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.Oversee the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous development.Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment.Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse processes.Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance tracking and reporting capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.3-6 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.Proven experience in supervising warehouse teams and managing day-to-day operations.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in staff training and development.Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in MS Office and relevant warehouse management software.
