Wearhouse Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise inbound receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate unloading, inspection, and receipt of goods.
Manage put-away activities to ensure products are stored in the correct warehouse locations while optimizing warehouse space utilization.
Ensure all inbound warehouse transactions are accurately recorded on the Odoo ERP system.
Verify received quantities, product quality, and documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes, and report any discrepancies.
Monitor inventory accuracy by supporting cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and variance investigations.
Ensure proper stock rotation by applying FIFO principles where applicable.
Coordinate dock scheduling and inbound shipment priorities to maximize receiving efficiency.
Assign daily tasks to inbound warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and provide coaching to achieve operational KPIs.
Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, IT, and suppliers to resolve receiving, inventory, and system-related issues.
Monitor damaged, rejected, and returned items and ensure proper documentation and disposition.
Prepare daily inbound operational reports, analyze performance indicators, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, health & safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience in retail, apparel, or FMCG industries is preferred.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proven experience in leading warehouse teams and achieving operational KPIs.Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best operational practices.
