Key Responsibilities:Develop and adapt engaging play-based curriculum and themes.Monitor classrooms and support teachers with feedback and coaching.Manage teacher schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.Lead teacher training and professional development.Review lesson plans and track children’s progress.
