Account Officer

Recording Transactions: Recording daily financial transactions (revenues, expenses, invoices) in the accounting system.Data Entry: Filing, scanning, and entering sales orders and invoices on a daily basis.Bank Reconciliation: Performing bank reconciliations to ensure the balance between bank statements and company records.Accounts Receivable/Payable: Assisting in collecting payments from customers and managing supplier invoices.Documentation: Reviewing invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.Reporting Support: Assisting in preparing monthly financial reports and closing the books.Inventory/Cash Counting: Participating in warehouse physical counts and safe box check

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.Fresh graduates are welcome years of experience(0-2).Good understanding of basic accounting principles (IAS/GAAP).Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, QuickBooks).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good English communication skills.
