Accountant

Rokital is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist in reporting, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting systemAssist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPrepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash movementsSupport monthly closing and financial reporting activitiesMaintain invoices, receipts, and accounting documents in an organized mannerAssist in preparing tax and VAT-related documentationFollow up with suppliers and customers regarding payments when neededSupport inventory and stock reconciliation with warehouse/factory teamsEnsure compliance with company financial policies and proceduresAssist senior accountants and finance manager with ad hoc tasks

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Good knowledge of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeFamiliarity with ERP systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred:Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial companiesBasic understanding of costing and inventory accounting
