Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, with a focus on Accounts Payable and General Accounting, including: Record Accounts Payable (AP) vouchers accurately in the ERP systemReview and verify supplier invoices and supporting documentsPrepare and process supplier and operational paymentsFollow up on outstanding payables and support vendors’ queriesRecord Intercompany Services (ICS) vouchersRecord and reconcile site petty cash transactionsPrepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliationsPost general ledger entries and ensure proper allocation of costsSupport monthly and year-end closing activitiesMaintain organized and audit-ready accounting documentationAssist the Chief Accountant during audits and internal reviewsHandle accounting for the Egyptian entity and support the KSA entity

We are looking for a solid accounting profile with at least 3 years of experience, proactive and comfortable working in a structured, international environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting (AP and/or general accounting)Very good command of English (written and spoken)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelGood understanding of accounting principlesDetail-oriented, structured, and reliableAbility to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have Knowledge of Power Query and/or Power BIExperience with ERP systemsExposure to multi-entity or multinational environments
