Accountant - Odoo User

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Use Odoo ERP system to execute and monitor all financial processes.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, reconciliations, and statements.Handle bank reconciliations, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.Utilize Excel to build reports, dashboards, and perform advanced financial analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).Ensure accurate and fast data entry for financial transactions.Support in budgeting, forecasting, and month/year-end closing.Assist with compliance, audits, and internal financial reviews.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any relative field.Minimum 1 years of hands on experience in Odoo ERP is a MUST.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, analysis).Fast typing and accurate data entry skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
