Accounting Department Manager

Lead and manage all accounting functions including General Accounting, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Cost Accounting, and Assets Accounting.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.Review and approve financial transactions, accruals, provisions, and reporting.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and accounting operations.Manage supplier and subcontractor accounts, payment schedules, and contract-related financial obligations.Lead cost accounting activities including project costing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.Lead audit readiness and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting to support decision-making.Drive process improvement, automation, and ERP optimization initiatives.Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accountingCMA / CPA preferred15+ years of relevant experience in accountingStrong experience in construction industry is a mustStrong knowledge in:Financial ReportingGeneral LedgerAccounts PayableCost AccountingFinancial ClosingTax & ComplianceAdvanced SAP / ERP knowledgeAdvanced Excel and Power BI skillsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills
