Accounting Manager

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenanceManage and review work of accountants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of month-end and year-end closingEnsure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policiesCoordinate annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodiesprepare feasibility studies to assess opportunities Monitor tenant rental contracts, collections, and outstanding balances.

Review and approve vendor payments, purchase orders, and operating expensesImplement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reportingLead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial projectionsProvide variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and deliver actionable insights to leadershipSupport strategic planning by modeling scenarios, capital requirements, and investment returnsPartner with operational managers to monitor project costs, resource utilization, and profitabilityBuilding and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, investors, and government agencies, to ensure financial stability and support business objectivesManage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirementsDevelop and maintain banking relationships to support growth and operationsDevelop, supervise, and mentor accounting staff, including Senior and Staff AccountantsFoster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance teamCollaborate with other departments to align financial operations with company goals

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5–7 years in a management role5+ years of experience in mall operation is a must Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and business analysisProficiency with accounting software and MS ExcelExcellent leadership, analytical, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to provide strategic insights
