Accounting Manager

Manage and supervise the accounting team.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

Monitor general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Prepare budgets and financial reports for management.

Lead ERP system implementation and improvements, especially Odoo.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and financial reporting requirements.Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements.Strong understanding of taxation, VAT, withholding tax, and regulatory compliance.Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP, including implementation and process improvement.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies is preferred.Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
