Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering professional growth and development.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting function.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

10-20 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
