Accounting Manager

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations).Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts for real estate projects.Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.Handle project-based accounting including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and collections.Supervise and mentor the accounting team to improve performance and efficiency.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.Support senior management with financial insights and strategic decision-making.Oversee client collections, installment tracking, and developer-broker commissions

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.7+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Previous experience in real estate or construction is a must.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar).Excellent understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.Strong leadership and team management skills.High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.

Preferred QualificationsCMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is a plus.Experience in handling large-scale real estate projects.
