Accounting Manager

Role overviewWe are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager who takes ownership — not just of the numbers, but of the decisions those numbers drive.

You will lead the full accounting function, manage a team, and serve as a key financial partner to senior leadership.

This is not a maintenance role.

We expect you to identify gaps, build better systems, and drive financial clarity across the organization.

Own the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close process — on time, every timeManage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 accountants; set clear performance standardsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operationsLead internal and external audit preparation; maintain airtight compliance with IFRS/GAAPDevelop and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentationPartner with CFO/Finance Director to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decisionsIdentify inefficiencies in current systems and drive automation and process improvement initiativesManage tax filings, VAT/Zakat compliance, and coordinate with external advisors
