Accounting Manager

We are seeking Accounting Manager to oversee, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.We need a proactive problem-solver who can lead the accounting team effectively, optimize daily workflows, and serve as a reliable Data Custodian We need a proactive problem-solver who can lead the accounting team effectively, optimize daily workflows, and serve as a reliable Data Custodian Key Responsibilities (Daily & Operational Tasks) :Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including:Month-end and year-end close processes.Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).Cash receipts, general ledger, and treasury activities.Payroll and utilities budgeting.Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, direct, and mentor the accounting staff; assign duties, monitor performance, and enforce strict financial deadlines.Data Integrity & Review: Conduct daily and weekly reviews of financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).Reconciliation Control: Monitor and sign off on periodic bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations generated from the ERP system (Odoo).Internal Control Audit: Identify accounting bottlenecks, correct ledger discrepancies, and implement internal control policies to eliminate financial leakages.Reporting Collaboration: Prepare financial data and statements

Key Requirements & SkillsProven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Chief Accounting OfficerStrong Team Management capabilities with a track record of developing junior accountants.Exceptional Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking skills; ability to identify accounting errors, investigate variances, and resolve workflow bottlenecks independently.Advanced computer skills on ERP Systems, MS Office, Excel, and accounting software (Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong plus).High attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills.BS degree in Accounting .
