Accounting Manager

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.Supervise and support the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor the company's financial performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow reports.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support business decisions.Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a senior accounting role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
