Accounting Manager - French Fries Factory - Saudi Arabia

Monitor and analyze production costs, including raw materials, packaging, and labor.

Identify and mitigate variances from standard costs.Supervise inventory audits, manage the valuation of perishable goods, and account for spoilage or shrinkage.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP.Coordinate internal and external audits.

Ensure full adherence to local tax regulations.Spearhead budget compilation, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting to support operational growth.Direct, mentor, and evaluate the accounting staff to maintain high standards of productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Prior experience within the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing sector is highly desired.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, procurement accounting, and cost-reduction strategies specific to the food sector.
