Overview: As our Accounting Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

You'll play a critical role in managing our day-to-day accounting activities and guiding a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and high performance.Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring impeccable record-keeping.Execute complex calculations with absolute precision, verifying data integrity across all financial statements.Strategically manage and optimize our collection processes, maintaining healthy cash flow.Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, offering insights that drive informed business decisions.Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial workflows and enhance efficiency within our Logistics/Supply Chain operations.Actively participate in month-end and year-end close processes, contributing to timely and accurate financial reporting.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Accounting principles, exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen eye for Detail Orientation.

Experience with ERP systems and advanced Data Analysis will be highly valued.

Required Skills & Expertise:A minimum of 1-4 years of progressive, hands-on experience in an accounting or finance role.Demonstrated proficiency and a deep understanding of core Accounting principles and practices.Exceptional aptitude for precise Calculations and meticulous financial record-keeping.Outstanding Detail Oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and reports.Proven expertise in effective Collection strategies and managing accounts receivable.Solid experience in Financial Reporting, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements.Proficiency in managing the General Ledger, and strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.Ability to perform robust Data Analysis to inform business decisions.Demonstrated potential or experience in Team Leadership, motivating and guiding colleagues.Exposure to or understanding of financial aspects within Inventory Management is a significant advantage.Education:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field is typically required.Experience & Career Level:This is an Experienced level position, ideal for a professional looking to elevate their career and take on supervisory responsibilities.Candidates should possess 1-4 years of relevant work experience, showcasing a track record of reliability and growth in accounting functions.
