Proven experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least some experience in a managerial role.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable principles and Accounting practices (GAAP/IFRS).Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.Systems Expertise: Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.Analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Vendor Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
